the Downs beyond.
Across the landing is the
living room,
which includes cosy television area, dining area, kitchen area with small cooker, microwave,
toaster, kettle and fridge.
A patio
door leads to a large decked balcony with table and chairs, offering
panoramic views of Brading Downs to the West and across the valley to
Bembridge and glimpses of the sea in the East.
Guests
can also enjoy use of the turret balcony with
picnic table and panoramic views.
Mulberry Apartment
This is a studio apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a spacious
double room with large brass bed and en-suite shower room. A feature
stone archway leads through to the living room with TV area, dining area
and kitchenette which has full size gas cooker, microwave,
fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
Windows look out onto the Mulberry Lawn garden.
Both apartments are provided with bed-linen and bathroom towels, plenty
of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cleaning items. There is also
a hairdryer and iron in each room.
Blueberry Room
On the first floor is another bedroom, which
can be included with either the Balcony apartment or the Mulberry
apartment. This has a pine bedroom suite, including double
and single beds; TV, tea making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartments are accessed from a separate door at the rear of Mulberry
Lawn and there is plenty of parking. There is a lockable
shed for guests with bicycles.
